1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 bone-in pork chops
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Pork Chops: Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Pork Chops: Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer them to the Crock-Pot.
Cook the Aromatics: Using the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Make the Sauce: In the skillet, add the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well and heat until combined.
Assemble in the Crock-Pot: Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the pork chops are fork-tender.
